The Air Jordan 3 “Racer Blue” is a July 2021 release of Michael Jordan’s third signature shoe in a highly wearable colorway. The “Racer Blue” joins popular Air Jordan 3s like the original “True Blue” colorway and non-original “UNC” and “Knicks” colorways in featuring blue on its design. Here, white tumbled leather forms the base of the upper. Grey elephant print can be found on the toe and heel. The variation of elephant print that appears on the “Racer Blue” is darker than the material found on many Jordan 3 releases. Elsewhere, Jordan Brand places dotted Racer Blue leather on the collar. The deep blue hue also graces the painted mid-panel as well as the Jumpman on the heel and embroidered Jumpman on the white tumbled leather tongue.
